This photo was taken on my morning walk this week with Rosie, my rescue dog up by the water tower on the trail that overlooks downtown Petaluma and Sonoma Mountain on one side and the hills of Helen Putnam Park behind the Victoria neighborhood on the other. It's such a beautiful area, straddling the outer border of West Petaluma and connected to D Street and Western Avenue by Windsor Drive. I have a special fondness for this neighborhood which is where we lived for 17 years and raised our sons.
Timo will be holding an open house this Sunday afternoon, November 3rd, 2019 from 1pm to 4pm at 215 Cambridge Lane, a super sweet and clean one-story, three bed, two bathroom former show model home, tucked away in a courtyard in the above photo and located toward the center of my snapshot from the hilltop opposite.
This house offers 1771 square feet of easy living space with views of vineyards & Helen Putnam. Built in 1999, this lovingly cared for, light filled home comes with lots of upgrades & new appliances, a new Trane furnace, gas fireplace in family room, stylish Hunter Douglas shutters, A/C, hardwood floors, 2 car attached garage and a super-low maintenance yard.
There are walking trails galore right on the doorstep and, SMART & downtown Petaluma are only a few minutes drive. Single level homes in this part of town typically don't sit on the market for too long so hurry on over if you'd like to take a look. Call Timo for more info on 707 477 8396.
