Taste of Sonoma, one of my favorite, annual events, scheduled September 2-3, this year, for the first time at the Donald and Maureen Green Music Center at Sonoma State University, has announced that its Sunday, September 3 activities have been canceled due to unanticipated logistical challenges in holding a two-day event.
The Saturday, September 2 program of events, as well as all winemaker lunches, dinners and barbeque activities across the weekend will go on as scheduled. The Saturday Taste of Sonoma event will also include additional programming content.
If you reserved tickets for the Sunday, Taste of Sonoma is reaching out to ticket holders that are impacted and offering an exchange of tickets to the Saturday event or a full refund. For any questions, please contact: tickets@sonomawinecountryweekend.com.
Taste of Sonoma brings together Sonoma County’s top winemakers, growers and chefs to celebrate the region’s finest wine and food. Renowned winemakers and chefs from across Sonoma County will be pouring incredible wines and presenting their most perfect pairings. Seminars and demonstrations throughout the day will cover a wide range of topics from terroir to technique, as well as chef’s tips and tricks. Club Reserve ticket holders also receive exclusive VIP access to the entire event from 11am to noon on Saturday, September 2 prior to the general admission entrance opening at 12 pm.
