Something I haven't heard of before, but for all my horse riding/yoga loving friends and readers in the North Bay, this unique yoga day retreat on July 12th, designed by rider and yogi Skyler Fell promoting unity between horse and rider, sounds great.
This private day retreat is open to members and friends of Sonoma Coastal Equestrianing Center, a private horse property on Middle Two Rock Road, outside of Petaluma. No need to be a rider or a yogi. All levels are welcome.
Registration required. $65
Bring with you: comfy athletic clothing, sunscreen, shade hat, water, lunch, snack, your horse if you have one (1 horse per 2 people) a yoga mat and an open heart and mind
