I can't think of a more perfect way to serve steamed mussels than this delicious catch concocted by Liz in its white wine broth with crumbled chorizo and a sprinkling of cilantro on top. There wasn't a morsel or drop of liquid goodness left in the bowl by the time our little gathering of girlfriends left the table.
And just when we thought we couldn't manage a bite more, along came an over-the-top tasty oven-warm brownie/strawberry/mint/basil and cream confection to corrupt even the best of intentions.
