Recipes taken straight from the new book will be paired with McEvoy Ranch wines or beverages over a four course meal for an unforgettable evening.
What's more, President of McEvoy Ranch Samantha Dorsey, Chef and Hog Island Cookbook Author John Ash and Hog Island Oyster Co. Founding Partner/CEO John Finger will all be there to share stories and mingle.
