Books and Boots! Two of my favorite things. And dogs, mustn't forget to mention my favorite store-dog, Topsy. I'll be reading from The House on Liberty Street at my go-to local shoe store, Passeggiata Style at 7 Western Avenue in downtown Petaluma on Sunday afternoon, January 29th from 3-4 pm.

Stop in for a glass of bubbles and a browse of store owner Greta's annual boot sale. Cover illustrator and my dear friend Gail Foulkes will be joining us with a slideshow of her terrific sketches made around town.
Reading will be at 3.15 prompt to allow for time for questions and signing. Books are $20 each (Venmo $21.95 with tax).
I'll be dropping some signed books off at the store on Thursday Jan 26th after 11am so if you can't make it to the reading but can make it for boot sale shopping over the weekend, please do purchase a book!
I've been buying my Euro-made boots, sneakers and sandals from Passeggiata these past few years and I'm all for supporting local, woman-owned biz and keeping beautifully curated, boutique shoe shops viable in these days of online shopping.
