Wow! Summer whizzed by while I was at my desk pounding away at my keyboard in order to finish up the umpteenth round of my latest manuscript so that I may clear my mind for a long overdue trip to Italy to visit the in-laws with Timo.
After we've eaten vast amounts of fresh, homemade pasta and indulged in all sorts of tasty Southern Italian family specialties we're taking to the open road for a fall season foray, which I hope will take us on just the sort of backroad rambles I like to write about.
I look forward to sharing some of my stories & pics from the trip when I get back.
