Upcoming events and activities at McEvoy Ranch are always amongst my favorite things to share. Next up: What It Means To Be Green – A Social Club CHAT Saturday, October 13th $135 General | $95 Social Club Members 11:00am – 2:30pm
An evocative panel discussion with thought leaders from nonprofit and for-profit organizations who are addressing innovation in the food waste crisis. Participants are at the forefront of upcycling food in remarkable ways, creating new products out of raw materials that would have been discarded and finding new distribution methods to meet the needs of underserved communities. After the CHAT, Culinary Director Jacquelyn Buchanan will create a sit-down lunch paired with wines – “A Perfectly Imperfect Meal.” |
