The next in a series of Future of Food evenings takes place on Wednesday, September 26, 7-8:30pm at Della Fatorria Cafe, 144 Petaluma Blvd. North, Petaluma.
This month, grass roots organizers are excited to learn more about FoodChain, a new concept in connecting organic plant-based investors, growers, producers and consumers. FoodChain founders Lauren Garcia and Laura Bridgeman will explain their project, which also addresses the connection between food production and the climate crises.
