ZinEx, taking place Jan 18th through 20th is the largest single varietal tasting in the world. The weekend’s main event is the Grand Tasting at the San Francisco Ferry Building, where you'll meet the winemakers at the most comprehensive global showing of Zinfandels and blends and experience a selection of sumptuous culinary samples from restaurants and winery chefs.

The taste of terroir, aromas and flavors from the grape depends upon where the grapes are grown. Elevation and exposure of the vineyard, soil density, and impact of the weather all play a role. Each region has its own distinct combination and you'll have the opportunity to walk through all of them, all in one place, exploring the traits that pop in your mouth.

Zinfandel Experience (ZinEX) is the only three-day event devoted entirely to Zinfandel and takes place in three stunning San Francisco locations.
