Petaluma's Art & Garden festival in historic Fourth Street boutique shopping area is turning sweet sixteen this year and celebrating the Summer of Love. Join friends and neighbors from 11 am to 5 pm, on July 9th, 2017, for a fun filled day for all the family.
The downtown festival hosts local crafters, artisans, gardeners, live music on two stages and an array of local wineries, breweries, restaurants & fine food purveyors offering tastings.
This event is 11am free to attend, but you do have to purchase a $25 Tasting Package in order to partake in wine, craft beer, cocktails and food tasting.
Not the typical street fair, vendors are handpicked for originality and quality in creative home and garden décor, jewelry and arts. With 145 booths of unusual, unique, handmade items this event has something for everyone’s taste and budget.

Experts will be on hand from The Petaluma Garden Club and Sonoma County Master Gardeners to answer gardening questions. Figure out how to grow vegetables in tricky Petaluma adobe soil and what learn how to create an garden organic.
The Casa Cheer Team provides free hands-on arts and crafts, face painting, hair tinsel, bounce house and sing-along’s with the Princesses of Hope, Love & Magic in the Kids Corner. Artful Arrangements is hosting a booth for parents and children.
Bring your own washable chalk and take part in a free Chalk Art competition, taking place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enter anytime after 10:45 a.m. at the booth on the corner of “B” and Fourth streets. Adults and children of all ages and abilities can enter. Voting will end at 3pm and is by public choice — winners will be announced onstage at 4 p.m.

3-5pm The Soul Section is a Bay Area band with its primary focus on the great funk and soul music of the 60's and 70's. They also draw favorites from the deep well of the entire Rock era.
1:30-2:45pm The HOTS is not your MAMAS cover band — great dance music by local favorites.
12-1:15pm LUVPLANET persuasive, genre bending songs blending Rock, Pop, Jam, Blues and Country sounds.
