Friends out at Monkey Ranch, a 50 acre former dairy ranch seven miles west of Petaluma have let us in on the menu fixings and wine pairings for an upcoming ranch dinner on June 17th.
Chef Aimee is sourcing local produce and meats, featuring fish from Two x Sea, lamb from Thistle (raised on Monkey Ranch) and greens from Coast Range Seed (also grown on Monkey Ranch).
