Inauguration week. One thing I am looking forward to is witnessing and being a part of one of the 616 Sister Marches — solidarity events inspired by the Women's March on Washington, Saturday January 21st, 2017 and organized by volunteers around the world. If you can't make it to Washington, D.C. join or host a Sister March near you.
Pouring through vintage photos of Women's marches of the past invigorates a mighty, modern, girl-powered protest of all ages, cultures and backgrounds.
Bay Area marches are as follows —Sonoma (11am), Santa Rosa (12 noon), Napa (1oam), Albany (8am), San Francisco (3pm), Oakland (10am), Walnut Creek (10.30am), San Leandro (11.30am), Pacifica (9.30am).

I LOVE this! A reminder of just how far we as women have come!
I just wish these images could be in the mind of all the women who have been given the incredibly fought-for right to vote and chose not to. Perhaps over time they will not take this right for granted.
Thanks for sharing, as usual, some very powerful messages.
