El Niño is coming and the dam is expected to reach full height at the Russian River's Memorial Beach in Healdsburg by spring and summer 2016. Water safety will be more of a vital issue than ever.
Bay Area's Moonalice (a psychedelic, roots-rock ensemble of seasoned musicians, brainchild of producer, T Bone Burnett in 2007 ) is all set to perform a special fundraiser at Rocktoberfest in Healdsburg on October 17th, 2015.
The Rocktoberfest afternoon concert is free to attend. Money raised from artisan food and refreshment sales will be used to purchase essential life saving vests for youth who swim along the Russian River.
