Union Jack leggings in black and tan — this chic shopper stopped me in my tracks at the Petaluma Fall Antique Fair. Though the treasures for hearth and home are considerable in downtown's historic district during this sprawling, friendly and eclectic fair each Spring and Fall, it was the fashion that caught my eye this time around!
