Strolling West Petaluma's historic homes neighborhood this day after Christmas, 2012, I happened to have my camera in hand for a sort of extension on the front porch series of snapshots taken around town this summer.
Rather than focus on the lighted house shows in the neighborhood (lovely in themselves) at night, it was fun to spot some of the prettier front doors, porches and windows decked out in a simple manner during the day.
