Are you a condiment connoisseur? Can't resist a gourmet mustard, organic jam? SchoolHouse Kitchen® is excited to announce a west coast appearance of founder Patsy Smith at Northern California's Petaluma Market.
Patsy Smith—the creative culinary force behind SchoolHouse Kitchen—will host a SchoolHouse Kitchen product tasting this Saturday, January 15th 2011 from 11am to 3pm at Petaluma Market, 210 Western Avenue, Petaluma, CA.
Petaluma Market carries the entire line of SchoolHouse Kitchen all-natural, gourmet products. The SchoolHouse Kitchen line of Anytime Spreadable Fruits stands out from other jams with intriguing herb-infused fruit flavors: Rhubarb Raspberry Thyme, Peach Rosemary, Strawberry Black Peppercorn, and Cherry Blackberry Sage & Clove.
The popular downtown Market is a long-standing supporter of many community organizations, including non-profit Petaluma Educational Foundation. In keeping with the company's mission to support education programs, SchoolHouse Kitchen has made in-kind donations to the Petaluma Educational Foundation's annual BASH auction for several years.
The Anytime Spreadable Fruit line joins SchoolHouse Kitchen’s established and highly acclaimed all-natural, gourmet food products: the three award-winners, Bardshar Chutney, SweetSmoothHot Mustard, and Balsamic Vinaigrette Basico; as well as new favorites Squadrilla Chutney, Horseradish Dill Mustard, and Ginger Lime Vinaigrette.
Petaluma resident Christopher Smith, Patsy's son, of East Main Design, is the product designer for all SchoolHouse Kitchen products.
Patsy Smith says, "We are grateful that Petaluma Market has made a continued commitment to carry our products. We invite you to come on down and try them! And I look forward to meeting you."
SchoolHouse Kitchen was founded by Patsy Smith in her upstate New York kitchen with her own widely-adored home recipes. Through the sale of its all-natural, gourmet products, the company's mission is to support educational causes and programs.
