A brief fling with a well-intended Ladies Night concept at Petaluma's popular Vine and Barrel was nipped in the bud by the powers-that-be. Offering wine by the glass at a $2 discount on Thursday evenings 5-9, enterprising proprietor Jason Jenkins never intended to leave the gentlemen wine buffs out in the cold.
And so, in a magnanimous effort to widen the circle of love at the Vine and Barrel wine bar, Thursday eves are to be known here on in as "High Heels" night. Guys and girls, grab a pair of snazzy footwear and everyone qualifies for this once-weekly discount on an after-work tipple with friends.
